Essandoh Gabriel joined the Bank in March, 2007. He holds Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Catholic University of Ghana, Fiapre, a Bachelor of Commence degree from University of Cape Coast, Cape Coast, and a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Sunyani Technical University.

He rose through the rank of Senior Clerk to General Manager. He played role in the computerization of the Bank in 2012. He was the then Branch manager at Derma. He became the Operations manager of the Bank in January 2015. He has attended a lot of training programme organized by the Bank of Ghana, ARB Apex Bank and Association of Rural and Community Banks.

He was appointed the Acting General Manager in June 2018 and following his satisfactory performance was confirmed as the General Manager on 1st June 2019.
